- Leo Murlee Added November 06, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Visited the Victor Harbor display village today and found the roof of the 'Eden' house had been leaking. The ceiling was bowing and there was mould so its been there a while. We told the salesman, who said "maintenance have been to look at it today and because of Christmas we had trouble getting them'. I guess they were busy fixing all the leaking houses. Seriously, what that means is, If you have a Rivergum house you can expect that it will need constant maintenance? Really, in this day and age houses shouldn't leak if the workmanship is good and done correctly in the first place. We ran a mile when we saw this, these places are supposed to be the best a builder can produce.
