She listened to our need for new lighting and showed a different range of lights. She was not pushy to get you to spend more.
All but two items were in stock so she rang up store on Churchill road and they had what we needed in stock
Paid for our goods and went straight to Kilburn and purchased the remaining two products - Lauren Manzie Added February 04, 2022★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We weren’t greeted by anyone or asked for help. Once we decided what we wanted without anyones help, we went to the counter and the younger guy there had an attitude and was further no help. When something is out of stock the shop needs to display it so the customer isn’t guessing what’s available. In the end Deb was a great help with a welcoming presence and we were able to find remotely similar to what we originally wanted by ourselves.
